The house has 3 bedrooms with double beds, a living-dining area with 2 sofa beds, 2 full bathrooms, with bathtub and shower, one WC and a 45 square metre terrace. The main bedroom has a flat-screen TV, a full bathroom, with shower and bathtub, wardrobes, sofa, and a large mirror and individual air conditioning with remote control. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have generously proportioned wardrobes and look out onto the sun deck; the two rooms share a full bathroom with shower and bathtub.<\/p>\n

The fully-equipped kitchen has a large refrigerator, cupboards, oven, microwave, a full range of kitchenware and utensils, as well as a large cooking island for those who enjoy surprising their guests with a delicious dinner.<\/p>\n

The living area, in addition to the two sofa-beds, also has a large 55-inch flat-screen TV, and a 6-seater dining table which can be extended with the outside table to seat 12; the air conditioning will mean evenings in this room will be even more pleasant.<\/p>\n

The garden, with natural lawn, has extremely comfortable loungers, a refreshing shower and a very good-sized jacuzzi with space for up to 6 people. Your vehicles can stay on site since the villa has its own parking.<\/p>\n

The charming Meloneras Walk, the Maspalomas Dune Beach, or leisure areas such as the Yumbo Centrum and the Playa del Ingl\u00e9s are all only a few minutes away by car or taxi.<\/p>\n
